Real estate can be whirlwind for both buyers and sellers, but even in an intense sellers market with huge bidding wars and constant battles, we still have consistently averaged under asking price for our buyers!
The market is always changing!
Sometimes we can find the market will make micro shifts in just a few days time as buying trends with holidays, weather, etc change the market. We are in this every day to make sure we know the right approach for any offer.
Finding great opportunities and knowing how to expertly advocate for our buyers is our jam.

Our level of service is truly unmatched when it comes to listings. From our in-house staging consultants to our award winning exclusive photography & videography company our listings have a unique style that is instantly recognizable.
Out of area listings are also our jam.
How do we do it?
We come to your location to ensure that the listing is fully prepped and ready, do all of our media in-house, then partner with a local agent to handle the remaining “boots on the ground” work such as open houses, lockbox management, etc.
You get the best of both worlds. Our incredible media, negotiation skills, and client experience, while also having someone physically available throughout the entire process.

Property Teaser Videos
All of our listings get teaser videos which get blasted all over social media. The purpose is to get as many people as possible to click on the listing and bring them to the photos.

You’ll notice these aren’t your usual boring property tours. With years of cinematic experience we bring a unique approach to the way our listings are captured.
